Marinated in a specially blended Red Chili Pepper paste with various assortments of vegetables. The meat or Seafood is marinated with a mixture of Soy sauce, Sesame oil, Garlic, Sugar, Ginger Roots, Rice Wine and Gochujang which is the base sauce.
